Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product is defected, damaged, or incorrect. Change of mind is not accepted as per our policy.
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and pictures. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
Please share photos or videos of the defect within 48 hours. After verification, we will process a replacement or refund.
We offer a 7-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
Yes. All images on CHASHMAY KHAS® are real product photos shot in-house to ensure complete accuracy.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with courier tracking details.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
