At CHASHMAY KHAS, we aim to deliver premium eyewear with speed, care, and reliability.

Delivery Time

  • Non-Prescriptions are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • Prescription Glasses(eyesight) are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with shipment details.

Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location or unforeseen courier delays.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

A return, refund, or exchange is only applicable if:

  1. The product arrives defected or damaged.
  2. The product received is not the one you ordered.

Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Evidence (photos or videos) of the defect, damage, or incorrect item must be provided for verification.

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind.
  • Wrong selection of size/color/model by customer.
  • Normal wear and tear after use.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for verified defective/incorrect products.
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
