Delivery Time
- Non-Prescriptions are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
- Prescription Glasses(eyesight) are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with shipment details.
Shipping Coverage
- We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
- Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location or unforeseen courier delays.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return/Exchange
A return, refund, or exchange is only applicable if:
- The product arrives defected or damaged.
- The product received is not the one you ordered.
Conditions
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Evidence (photos or videos) of the defect, damage, or incorrect item must be provided for verification.
Non-Eligible Cases

- Normal wear and tear after use.

Refunds
