Returns

  • You can request a return within 48 Hours of receiving your order.

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be approved.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • You can request an exchange for sizing or model issues within 7 days.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom lenses, prescription lenses, and used items cannot be returned.
